First, the scene as captured and uncropped.

NIKON FILES FIRST THROUGHOUT

Now crops at 100% for each file. Focus was manual in both cases: the D800E using LV and the Phase using iterative eye/review. Focus was intended to be on the neck of the thin glass flask centre.
