Ageing photographers and the weight. Simplicate and add lightness.
It is a tough question to answer really because everyone's use case is different. I've reduced my kit down to three bodies now a Leica M10 monocrome an SL2 ( for teh autofocus and happy snaps) and my favourite camera the X2D. I wont walk around with the SL2 with APO lenses -, instead I choose...- PeterA

1. Clean ( properly) and gently using microbe cloth and a few drops of acetone/alcohol after you think all gunk is gone. 2. Lubricate using very light oil (drops ) on a microfibre cloth ( eg hair clipper oil / sewing machine oil) if still sticky you have a wear / warp issue and to get down...- PeterA
