    profot soft boxes, grr!

    am struggling to dis-assemble a couple of these, 3' x 4' fitted with speed ring. cannot seem to pop the struts out of the ring no matter how much i twist and flex (the struts, that is). any advice? thx

    scanning with silverfast

    ramping up my SF ver 8 usage. SF can output a scanned "raw" file, intended for their HDF processing, also possibly for Camera Raw and Lightroom. can Capture One work with these raw files?

    couple of questions: how does one change the name of a category within your gallery? when i first go to a gallery (category or main set), i get 12 images per page and a page selection bar, but after selecting one image, the display changes to a filmstrip and you have to left or right arrow...

    for $10 a month you get the newest versions of Lightroom and PS; any feedback on this? i think they will work on several computers (not at once?). so over 5 yrs the vig is about $600 comments?

    macpro card reader problem

    been using a lexar USB3 reader for years, suddenly not working. computer does not seem to see the drive. checked cables, tried a different lexar in old cable/port, different cable different port, same thing finder does not see the reader and no cards show up rebooted a couple of times... grrr
