P45+ Blooming
I've been studying the horizontal line problem at high ISO on my P45+, and am starting to think that some of the problems are due to blooming. The back has problems shooting indoors at high ISO because some strong light or specular will always intrude into the scene.

Re: P45+ Blooming
Hi edmund:
Do you have a crop you can share that shows it?

Look in the shadows in this 400 ISO shot.
Here you can see the lines, in a the shadows of a ISO 400 crop roughened by nearest neighbour resize. The Raw has the lines too, but the grain is not so apparent. ![]() Here is the Raw if you want to check it out. http://download.yousendit.com/D041A8CE06939BE1 Edmund |
