Have for sale the following:
1. Leica 60/2.8 Macro 1st version (27xxxxx), 3cam.
Includes rear cap, 60-62mm step-up ring and 62mm generic front cap. 1st or second version, 1 cam or ROM, the optical formula remained unchanged. Lens is a former copy-stand queen from a local shop and never saw the great outdoors. Lens can be converted for use on Nikon via US$90 www.leitax.com kit.
The Bad News: Barrel has some paint fade on focus ring, etc and aperture ring has JUST a hair of a wiggle in it - both from lots of handling, but aperture stops down smoothly and with authority, no issues. Suckers are built like tanks and it shows.
The Good News: Optically pristine. No cleaning marks, no discernible dust, fungus, other nasties. Blades dry. Focus smooth but well damped.
Lens is a Series VIII hood and filter-style. In the real world (vs. Leica's sometimes unique filter/hood mounts), lens does not a hood. Front element is so recessed it's pointless to use one. Also, rather than use a convoluted Series XYZ filter holder, a 60mm filter mounts right to the front barrel (thankfully). However, since 60mm filters aren't cheap and don't grow on trees, I use and will include a 60-62mm step-up ring and 62mm generic front cap.

Why selling?: Too many lenses, too few lights ;>

Have discounted from lens as with leitax Leica-Nikon kits now avail not everyone wants an EoS adapter. Comes with rear cap.
