Vivek Super Duper Senior Member Join Date: Apr 2008 Location: Netherlands Posts: 7,854 Images: 7	Sony-Zeiss E-Sonnar 24/1.8: OSS? The 24/1.8 makes the same subtle tinkling noise as the Sony E 50/1.8, even in MF mode when the shutter is half pressed and a snap is about to be made. The E 50/1.8 has OSS (lens says so). Though there is no official claim of the 24/1.8 having OSS, I wonder if it has it and if it does not where this noise is coming from even when the lens is not focusing?
