I just re-found this site and it's forums after been absent for quite some time. After using Sigma Merrill and now a DP0 and DP2 Quattro cameras, I recently have been using an fpL. I don't have many images to share here, but will start with this one from a visit to the Rocky Mountains near...

Fun with MF images - ARCHIVED - FOR VIEWING ONLY

When it gets thick enough, ice fog can eliminate any evidence of a horizon as it did on this day. I drove quite extensively around Red Deer County, Alberta in the fog, which I find very enjoyable! Everything becomes very isolated and a feeling of loneliness pervades. Sounds become muted and...

Fun with MF images - ARCHIVED - FOR VIEWING ONLY

Autumn colours this year were quite beautiful, even though I didn’t capture a tonne (ton for those that still follow the imperial method of weighing things) of pictures. This one was made just as the woods made a last ditch attempt to impress those fortunate enough to walk the trails through...

Newbie here on the forum. Have had a look around and greatly enjoyed the many fine images presented!! This past Monday morning I dropped my wife off at her office downtown and headed into Red Deer County through a thick ice fog that had enveloped Red Deer and the surrounding area. I didn’t get...

    Sigma DP1 Merrill Shots

Haven't seen any new posts here for a bit. I made this image recently at the Mesa Art Center in, you guessed it, Mesa, Arizona. I added the Ricoh GW3 wide adapter, as I have quite a bit lately. It seems to work great.

    Sigma DP3M

The Bow River winds it's way along the foot of Castle Mountain in Banff National Park, Alberta. Sometimes the most beautiful views are no work at all. This is taken right alongside the highway that travels through the park about halfway between Banff and Lake Louise.

    Sigma DP2 Merrill shots

McBain Camera now has all three DP Merrill cameras priced at CDN$799.95 including DP3's. Full disclosure - I work there, but it's such a good deal on the DP3 I thought I would post. Admin, please remove if objectionable.

Fun with 4/3rds cameras/ Image Thread

Just found this forum and am very impressed with the work presented!! I have just purchased a GF2 as a small walkaround that compliments my 5DmkII outfit and looking forward to what the GH3 may hold in store. A few images of my youngest son made with the Olympus 45mm f1.8 lens from Christmas day.
