    Just to say that your translation program failed you. "Utilisé uniquement en studio "is not "for studio use only," but (having been) used only in a study. That means something very different!

    I suppose you could even mount a Blad V lens via a Blad V--> X adapter and use a Blad film back via a 907x, though it might really stress the front end.

    Dealing with UPS and a warning about sending cameras to the USA

    Not that this helps or furthers the conversation, but for the past several years I've found UPS to be, by far, the worst carrier for U.S. domestic. I rate USPS as first and Fedex as a reasonably close, if more expensive, second. A long, long way down is UPS.

    New CV lenses.

    I shoot only Leica film (M4-P) and I'm fine when the focal length and frame lines don't match up: makes for an interesting surprise when I develop the film. :-)

    What a lovely picture. It looks like it contains elements of digital photography, film photography, and nearly a collage-like element. In other words: it has interesting character.

    Have to believe that privately-owned manufacturers like Sigma and Leica must be feeling it worst. Leica especially, because not only will their products cost a lot more in the U.S., but the declining stock market makes people want to resist luxury purchases.
