    is this fungus

If this is fungus, how to get rid of it safely? It appears to be on external surface of rear element... So, might not need mechanical disassembly.

Thank you for sharing your experience, Alkidiades. Just wanted to be sure I correctly undersood you : You stated that CFE40IF was losing Image Quality game to Roddy 40HR & Schneider 43XL & Canon TS-E 50?

any users of Hasselblad 40mm IF (internal focusing) lens here?

Thank you, anyone, My test conditions were Body: Hasselblad X1D with 51.3Mpx. Focusing was done with electronic viewfinder with zoom-in feature. Where edge of image was tested, focusing was done exactly on that edge, without any recomposing. Reliable tripod, 5 sec self-release, ISO 100...

any users of Hasselblad 40mm IF (internal focusing) lens here?

Thank you, Paul. Thank you for sharing your experience. This particular CFE40IF is from 2002. Let me rephrase my question: if I compare CFE40IF (2002) with my old 150mm Sonnar C lens non-T* from 1967, the latter wins on Image Quality side, despite squicky focusing ring and balsam separation in...

any users of Hasselblad 40mm IF (internal focusing) lens here?

Hello World! First time poster here. Looking for help, guidance & feedback on the 'new' lens that I bought online recently with sight unseen. Image quality wise CFE 40mm IF (internal focusing, not to be confused with FLE version) supposed to be top of the CFE line but I witness performance of...

Silly question on Hasselblad abbreviation 'DPS' what it stands for?

Although it sounds very cool, I seriously doubt it applies to the optics. Unless you can explain a bit more ? 'Digital Production System' would be more plausible, or even 'Digital Pixel Sensor'... no ?

is Sandisk Extreme PRO UDMA7 supported by PhaseOne P30+

Doug, rephrasing usually works better than repetition. I understood your initial response that udma7 support was added at the IQ generation. To me it says that there was no support previously in P backs. Your statement 'the card will probably work' I read like you not sure if that support of...

is Sandisk Extreme PRO UDMA7 supported by PhaseOne P30+

Thank you, just to be clear: I don't have any IQ back and not planning to get one. I have P30+ only. Do I understand you well that if I insert such CF card into my P30+ it will not get recognized and hence will not work at all?

Silly question on Hasselblad abbreviation 'DPS' what it stands for?

Thank you, Jurgen. I've google a bit more and I suspect DPS could mean something purely in the optics industry as I seen these products: Olympus Trooper 7×35 DPS I Binoculars Olympus Trooper 8×40 DPS I Binoculars Olympus Trooper 10×50 DPS I Binoculars

Silly question on Hasselblad abbreviation 'DPS' what it stands for?

Hi amazing forum, I got attention to details and got curious what DPS stands for on this fine Hasselblad product below 72534 : Hasselblad Magnifying Hood 4x4 DPS For Digital Backs Intelligent guess tells me that D could be a Digital. Since field of view is no longer 6x6cm but rather 4x4cm...
