    Nikon Z7II with Nikkor 24-200 VR S

    It is a great travel lens. I ultimately chose the 24-120 over it as it better suited my range of normal use and then gave me the faster fixed aperture. But optically, the 24-200 is impressive for its range!

    Nikon Z lenses - QC issues?

    I have owned and used Z lenses 35, 50, 40, both 24-70's, 14-30, 70-200 on my Z7ii and none have had alignment issues. I suspect you have 1) a sensor issue, or less likely 2) possibly got bad samples of *both* lenses that are showing issues. Wides will show sensor and/or element alignment issues...

    @ptomsu, no idea. But I bet something gets announced before year end. And I can live pretty happily with my Z7ii until then -- or even longer if we get that AF update ;)

    While I certainly appreciate what the Z9 can do, I don't *need* all of that. I'd be better served with a Z8 at say 60MP with the Z9's AF capability at even half the speed ;)
