As I've said before - LOVELY car !My '67 Lancia Fulvia Coupe is in the shop being ministered to. Carburetors came back from the specialist rebuilder a couple of days ago, looking and working like brand new!
Now with electronic ignition, electric fuel pump, valves adjusted, the carburetors tuned up in an instant and the engine runs perfectly! Just a couple more details to go and I'll be driving again.

Eh? It's how the car has been running for the past 50+ years, and it's how *all* of them are laid out. It's never been a problem. Obviously, don't let the carbs and fuel lines deteriorate to the point of leaking.As I've said before - LOVELY car !
As somebody who has suffered a fuel hose leak (close to my Alfa's Dellorto DHLA 45s)
the juxtaposition of that distributor to the fuel lines would slightly worry me !
