Makiflex TMX100 Kodak Readyload 545 D23 by Nokton48, on Flickr

TMAX100 4x5 Readyload 545 Back Makiflex D23. Omega DII with Omegalite laser aligned Arista RC #2 paper Multigrade dev. Digital background shot by Tim Layton and enlarged at Cosco. Studio overhead lighting. 150mm f5.6 chrome barrel Schneider Xenar. Great lens I bought for fifty bucks.
This is lovely, but it could stand just a hair more contrast and sharpening. It seems a little flat on my calibrated screen.

Thanks Godfrey! Something more like this maybe? I see more detail in the shell front.

I've been playing a lot with the NONS InstaxSQ back fitted to the SWC/M ... I find this is a particularly magic combination!

Water Delivery - Santa Clara 2025
Hasselblad SWC/M + Biogon 38mm f/4.5 T*
NONS InstaxSQ back, Fuji InstaxSQ Color
ISO 800 (650) @ f/4.5 @ 1/4 sec

I included exposure data here but, to be honest, the ISO number is irrelevant. I simply set the camera to f/4.5 and 1/4 second, braced myself, and made the exposure — a complete guesstimate. Same for the focus (about 6 feet). I'm amazed how well it worked! :D

enjoy! G

Great capture!

I bought the NONS based on your enthusiasm, and I'm glad that I did! It's so very much fun. So far only on my 500 c/m, because I wasn't dextrous enough yet to fit it on my SWC. I'm glad to know that you managed it, and I'll try that next. I'm learning not to expect much from high contrast situations, as the dynamic range is compressed at both ends.
