I am trying to build a small 645 kit. Any help is much appreciated! These HB V components are of interest:
  • C12/16 backs (not the 16S ones)
  • SWC Focusing Screen 41050
  • RMfx Viewer 72530 or similar one with mirror

As John_McMaster stated, it is an older generation "super slide" back, 40mm square (16 frames per 120 roll). Unlike the 16S models in the "A" generation, it requires manual resetting. The OP probably wants to use it on a non-Hasselblad body. It uses a peep-hole window to read the frame numbers off the film paper. I use C12 film magazines on my ALPA cameras.

I copied darr’s homework to the letter with my Cambo WRC-400. Works fabulous.

Kamerastore has some C-Backs in stock.
C12

C16 & 16s

I ordered one of my C12’s from them and it’s worked well.

Thanks a lot @Bill_Evans, I never bought from the Kamerastore before. They got the backs even fully restored with new light seals etc., so I gave it go with a C12.

Attention, you need the “Large” slider from the arcbody.
The sliders for the flex body only help if you are using shift.

I am still looking, @darr has a great review on her site (thanks for all the info!), so the 41050 (SWC) screen seems to be the right one. The one linked above by @Ben730 is a earlier/simpler model 41025 (dark corners, no fresnel).

Honestly i am a bit surprised for how much these parts sell on the bay … especially the reflex viewer, which doesn‘t seem to be a very complicated build.
