M11, APO 35M – Zurich on a Saturday morning. Lindt & Sprüngli flagship café right around Paradeplatz the famous square at the centre of Zurich. At Spüngli you will see local celebrities, tourists, local politicians, young and old mingle to enjoy one of the best breakfasts in town. Lindt & Sprüngli is related to Lindt chocolate, but a different company owned by another part of the family branch. They specialize in high-end confectionary.

The M11 and the APO35M are a remarkable combo – they effortlessly capture every detail in a split second, with crystal clear rendition up into the farthest corners of the image.

Leica store is also just around the corner ;)
I agree, Pablo/Paul - the APO 35 is a miracle on the M11. Honestly, the printed images rival MF, at least up to A1.

A small report from Niederrhein, Germany: the last pasture milker... nowadays almost all dairy cows are kept in the stable all year round and are milked there. There is a farmer here who, until this late summer, milked the cows twice a day his whole life in the pasture using an antiquated milking parlor, whatever the weather, from may to october. Now that time is over, he has given up dairy cow farming because the increasing EU requirements and the insufficient yield from the small herd forced him to give up

M11, Summilux 35 FLE MK I. *Cherry Tree", Basel.

This was shot in the early morning hours in a villa district of Basel; there's a certain magic if you hit the light incidence just right with a Summilux 35 lens.

In this case, sun level and position, weather, and time of the year had to fall into place.

There's just something about having a majestic tree in your garden.
