How is that "Strike 1?"
There are photos of it attached to another 12. Here's one -Can anyone tell me what this means "The ALPA 12 FPS is a shutter module when it is used together with another ALPA 12 camera."? It does not look like a module that can be attached to another body to me.
Thanks. So I am guessing it is only good for SB lenses? There are photos of it attached to another 12. Here's one -

I meant, it is good for non SB lenses if not attached with other cameras, or SB lenses as an module.Thanks. So I am guessing it is only good for SB lenses?
...or a GX680....Isn't this the point in a MF thread where someone comes along and tells us that we should all just shoot with a D800? It seems overdue ... :ROTFL:
...don't forget the same dredged up pictures....or a GX680....
I gotta get "In the Circle." this game sounds fun.We can't drink until they're posted. You know the rules! :ROTFL:
The place wouldn't be the same without them and said person always drums up a very lively conversation!Soooo glad to know I'm not the only one who thinks this every time they get re-posted in a new thread! TeeHeee!
I'm struggling to get my head around this.Stefan - the new Rodie 50mm is shown as the widest lens in Alpa mount.
I think the 50 is now the widest lens that can be used with the SB 34 tilt/shift component in the Alpa lineup. This will change with their new 17mm SB mount and tilt/shift component...I'm struggling to get my head around this.
From a theoretical perspective, there is surely no reason why there should be such a limit to the focal length of a lens that could be mounted on such a camera (right Stefan?)?
So what's going on here? Why have a design with such a limitation?
