My mail will sound strange probably but never mind. I am French but have been living in S'pore in the late 76ties beginning 80ties.
At that time there was a photoshop named Peter Chong, gone by now, but if I remember well (that's far from sure) I also met a guy holding the name of "Chong" or may be "Cheng" who was a Nikon sales man and finally open his own photoshop.
Could it be you if you are around 60 years old ?
