Went out for a stroll to test my new 28P with a few landscape snaps. I like the focal length more than I thought I would and the lens seems to be very good optically. It handles flare well and the vignetting was less pronounced than I expected. I also haven't noticed any colour cast but I tend to shoot around F8. It doesn't seem to be as bitingly sharp as my 45P and the depth of field seems a bit unpredictable (or at least I haven't got used to it yet – there is no DOF preview on the 907x so it is something you have to learn).

All 907x CFV 50 II and 28P.

Well as you know - the SPS is a single seater and I was no longer single when I decided there were more interesting things to do on weekends than fang a motorbike at Phillip Island doing 150MPH as if nothing could ever go wrong....I opted into 'safer' hobbies ...
